The Worship Arts Ministry at East Lake Community Church exists to help ALL people, regardless of gender, race, background, or spiritual condition, to move toward a full and devoted relationship with Christ. By creating an engaging worship experience each Sunday morning, this team strives to meet each person at their point of need, encouraging them to their next step in their journey with Christ and in community with others. The volunteers and staff who make up this ministry spend a great deal of time developing services that are relevant, interactive, creative and authentic, God inspired, and excellent.
FLOOD
If Sunday morning’s worship only wet’s your appetite for more, then you
will not want to miss FLOOD…an hour of uninterrupted praise and worship
at East Lake. Join us on these special Friday evenings beginning
November 7 to experience the saturation of love for our God. Childcare

The Worship Arts Ministry is constantly on the lookout for those with a passion for serving Christ through the arts and the experience, skills to give their best.
Basic Ways Goals Are Met
Technical Teams have the unique task of being subtle and unnoticed at East Lake. If you worship without distraction and feel that God has been able to speak to you with clarity and creativity, it has most likely happened through the efforts of our experienced team of volunteers.

Performance Artists are front and center on any given Sunday and work diligently each week in individual and group rehearsals to make every element of each service the best it can be. These teams not only lead the congregation in worship, but are also often asked to perform special pieces that are open to interpretation.

- Dancers
Design Teams do all of the preliminary work that happens before a service can take place. Whether it is the actual service flow, the stage set up for a series, or the environment in the auditorium, these three teams are all crucial to the outcome of a Sunday morning.

Support Teams live up to their name by serving the servers. Whether it is bringing food on a Sunday morning to a very hungry crew of Technical and Artistic Team members or making very necessary announcements to a congregation that needs, these crews are on their toes.

*Note: If you have any special skills, such as sculpting, painting, etc. that you feel we may be able to use in a service at some point, we would love to hear from you, as well.
